Perhaps the best beer offered while on my recent trip to the brew-pub. This is one super-clean brew. A great malty sweet base with hints of nuts and figs. Low on aroma, but solid on flavor. The beer crispens up with a sudden snap, leading to a very clean, and almost minty, finish. Just a super beer that epidomizes the style.

"Miracle" fundraiser edition. Hmm... very English, thats for sure. A short, eggshell coloured head capable of giving you a moustache. Dark copper body with a malty smell. Hops are of the English bitter-and-thats-that domain, which overmatches the toasty English malts. The list of brews showed this to have 50 IBUs.The bitter aftertaste makes this work well as an example of the style.
