(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a snow white thin head of creamy sitting on a hazy orangish-brown body that is a bit to hazy to see any carbonation except for the random bubble that sticks to the side of the glass.
S- The light citrus tartness is supported by subtle notes of pale malt and a hint of horse when it warms.
T- The taste of light fresh pale malt has a light musty cellar quality and soon gives way to a tart bright flavor. There is a light green noble hop finish with the tartness lingering on after each sip.
M- This beer has a light mouthfeel with a crisp finish due to the tight little fizz.
D- This beer has a nice tartness that flows into a good hops flavor and is also nicely supported by the soft malt flavors. This doesn’t have the pepper and spice flavors of some saisons but it has a nice tartness.
