From the Goose Island November tasting, it was the "bonus beer".
Hazy yellow with a white head.
Nose has yeasty Belgian florals, with a faint sign of Apricot (I guessed it right!), and a hop backwash giving is a grapefruit end. Taste is full bodied with some piny resin and a fruity apricot flavor that warms you. I'm guessing it's around 7.5% abv.
Light mouthfeel, good carbonation.
A bit off for drinkability, only because it could be more refreshing, still a nice offering one shot from Uncle Pete.
