Free pour into a shaker pint.
Cloudy straw yellow body with two fingers of white head.
The nose is packed with fruity esters, fruity and slightly funky hay, lemon, spices, pears, yeast.
The taste follows the nose with some added spice, peppercorns perhaps. More fruit(pear and lemon) and hay. Straight forward, crisp and very refreshing.
Medium mouthfeel and well carbonated.
An extremely drinkable saison, good job Pete and the gang!
