This was one of three seasonal / Brewmaster's Choices at the San Jose location.
Poured slight hazy amber color with a foamy head, darker than I was expecting. Decent retention and thin lace.
Mild hop and yeasty smells, some fruity notes.
Typical saison taste, good balance between malt and citrus hops.
Crisp mouth feel, dry finish. Medium body.
Described by our server as a "basic, generic saison" , and that's what it was.
