A: Clear, light amber color. Poured a 1 finger fizzy white head that dissipated to abroken skim thicker at the edges. Decanted continually. Lace in light wavy rings.
S: Slighlty sweet caramel and sour yeast. Peppery spices.
T: A warm, sweet grain flavor. Sweet fruits with sour following closely. Nicely balanced bitter strong enough to balance the complexity of the esters and malts.
M: Light body. Ample carbonation. Smooth and then dry while remaining refreshing.
D: Its like a light Saison, but not in a bad way. Like the Golden, its easily drinkable with enough flavor to feel like you're drinking something worthwhile.
