Slightly hazy gold color, with a small white head and a tiny bit of lace.
Not much aroma. Grain and fruit.
Even less taste. White bread and lemon.
Very bland. One is enough for me.

12 oz bottle pours a bright clear golden-yellow color, has a decent foamy white head that doesn't last long, light grainy aromas. Sweet cracker - corn flavors which are very muted. Not much going on here.

My wife and I picked this beer up from the brewery. It is a hazy straw color with a scant head and some effervescence. The aroma is moderately malty with a bit of off flavor (acidity and cardboard). But, the taste is lager-like, with a clean finish and some underlying malt. Medium in body. Quality control could really help this beer.

12 oz bottle poured into a GTOTMW Tasting glass.

A- Big bubbly white 3 finger head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing on the side, well carbonated, light clear golden yellow color.
S- Bready malt, grassy earthy notes, slight lemon zest, slight hops, really mellow.
T- Lemon zest, bready malt, some graininess, peppery spice, slight honey flavor, slight sweetness, really refreshing.
M- Small mouth feel, well carbonated, clean crisp finish.
O- Refreshing pilsner, nothing special or unique, it’s enjoyable but nothing I would revisit again.

A: Pours a clear, light golden color with a decent head and some lacing.

S: Mild sweetness backed by fresh grain.

T: Has a mild sweetness with a bit of lemon flavor. Also a mild bitterness and a dry finish.

F: Light body. Clean, crisp and refreshing. Nice balance.

O: This seemed to hit the spot. An easy drinker. Not bad for the style. Well worth a try.

Pours an effervescent honey color with 3 fingers of beige head. Average lacing & head retention

S; Breadyness, grainyness & fruittyness, no real presence of hops, a hint of diacetyl as well

T: Bready sweetness, flinty hops a touch of pear & apple as well up front. I start getting some soapy hops as this warms & a touch of grainyness, then apple & pear juice & ever so slight lemony hops & dryness. Finishes fairly crisp & too sweet, with some grainy notes

MF: Medium bodied, fairly firm carbonation & balances alright,

Drinks easy enough, but out of whack for a pils, too sweet & fruitty, hops need to assert themselves more

Cloudy yellow-orange with an unrestrained and ceaseless rush of bubbles that keeps the thick white head immortal. A bit of lemon and sweet malt to the nose. Nondescript. Orange and lemon on the tongue with banana, sugar, spice, a sliver of meringue, and a welcomed bitter bite at the end. Light and almost creamy going down, but not enough to inhibit the downing of a few over the course of an evening. If this was a Stout or an IPA it would be two grades higher on style alone. Fuck that. Dig This.

12 oz bottle poured into a pilsener glass. Fluffy white head stands a little over an inch. As the head recedes a chunky ring sticks to the edge of the glass, but not much below that. Color has a slight haze but is clear for the most part. Color is a light straw yellow.

Smell is a light presence. It shifts back and forth between a dry graininess and a grassy hops. There are some mild mineral elements in the nose. Taste is more grassy up front but then finishes out with a crackery grain.

Mouthfeel is very soft, which helps the drinkability. Either the water is naturally soft in Hermann, MO, or a lot of gypsum was added to soften the water. It is a little chalky, but not gritty. Not a bad thing. Solid pilsener style.

Thank you n8dietz for picking up this beer I would have otherwise never heard of.

The color is a nice golden hay with some light amber . Very nice bubbling that rise to a two finger head after the pour. The foam quickly recdes to a thin ring and then nothing.

Dry toasted malt grain with a little chalk and some pelletized hop grass aromas. The malt and grass are both a bit thin, but still noticeable.

Good carbonation tingling the front of my palate. Then some dry toasted malt grains. The hops area a little earthy and dry thanks to some gypsum flavors. The finish is a little chaulky but still well carbonated.

A = Large off white effervescent head. High carbonation heads to it evaporating to a skim quickly. Clear light golden color.

S = Sweet smell with some sharpness, but its really hard to pick up on aroma because it is so subtle.

T = Lot of malt for a pilsner. Sweet more than crisp with the hop profile evident only on the back end. Taste has some staying power but its just a little off. It's not bad but its not great. One of their better offerings though.

M = The mouthfeel is pretty full for a pilsner and it has a a fairly dry finish.

D = Good but the sweetness hurts the drink-ability.

A - pours a clear yellow with a massive head

S - smells grainy and malty with a touch of lemon and a touch of grass

T - taste follows the nose. A nice malty, grainy pilsner, true to style. There is a light lemon flavor as well. This is a nice clean, crisp pilsner.

M - full body with a lot of carbonation...nice

D - this is a pretty decent pilsner. Very true to the style, easy drinking and refreshing.

Drank this one a while back, never added the review...
Taken from my notes.

A. Very light yellow color, thin foam, no retention.
S. Very little on the nose.
T. Tastes is there, flavor is better and more present than it looks and smells. Leaves me looking for a little more though. Decent mouthfeel.
D. As I said, was looking for a little more in terms of flavor. Overall its rather drinkable and would enjoy a couple of these on a summer or warm fall evening.
