Copenhagen 8/2 2021- 33 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Sketchy drawing of angry-looking goat on the can.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with sweet malty odor mingling with grassy and citric fumes. Sweet pale malts, grans and bread. Fresh grass and citrus.
Fairly strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling and lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense. Medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Middle of the road sweetish pale lager which redeems itself with a decently bitter aftertaste.

330ml can. Pours gold, slight haze. Lasting head. On the nose is peachy citrus. Taste same with lengthy mouthfeel. Low bitterness, more dry than sweet. Overall a superior lager compared to filtered/pasteurised examples on supermarket shelves.

Pours to give a hazy golden color with a decent half inch of foamy white head, which exhibits hop aromas of stone fruit, light citrus, and floral yeasts. On the palate, flavors of fruity hop underlain with a bitter punch of hops and some very slight malt action, and gives a crisp and fairly pleasant finish. Personally, this is not what I look for in a lager, but it is still pretty good. Meh/5
