Sampled at Le Mondial.
Poured from a 750ml. bottle.
Appearance: A real murky apple cider colored body with some pretty good foam on it.
Smell: Faint herbs, some mild spices but not much more.
Taste: Apples, mild herbs and a very light spice finish. Very plain Jane.
Mouthfeel: Crisp a bit which makes it lively and easy to drink but it's also boring.
Overall: Nothing offensive but this is still a disgrace to saisons. Light a light Belgian ale minus the flavor. 4$ for a 3 oz. sample was way too much.
