HAZY IPA is a juicy and balanced mix of citrus hops that bring out the aromatic characteristics of papaya and mango and finishes with a hint of ripe strawberries. At almost 6 pounds of hops per barrel, Hazy IPA is a hop bomb that delivers the bitterness without the bite.

IBU: 40
HOPS: CITRA, MOSIAC, EL DORADO
MALT: TWO-ROW, MALTED WHEAT, CARAFOAM, FLAKED OATS

Copenhagen 13/9 2024. 35,5 cl can from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. A bird in dark blue silhouette on the light blue can.

Pours opaque hazy yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick, creamy, unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of overripe Stone fruits mingling with a more subdued scent of citrus fruit. Fermented mango and pineapple. Lime and lemon.

Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.

Pleasant NEIPA with a touch of alcohol.

Color is a hazy light yellow bordering on straw. Beautiful lacing!

Nose is very light citrus, skunk.

Mouthfeel is incredibly, velvety smoothness.

Taste is light citrus rind with a sweet, malty end.
