On tap at NotF poured into a sampling glass. Reviewed from notes.

Pours black with a small dark brown head. Nose is a combo of yeti yeast and Brett, really nice and balanced with the brett in the background.

Taste is sharp and malty with a nice Brett note. It's a bit sharp and funky but creamy and drinkable. Interesting take on an Imperial Stout, but this isn't something I'd want a lot of.

Reviewed from Night of the Funk notes. On tap at Night of the Funk. Pours a very dark brown with a thin mocha head and a few legs after a quick swirl or two. The nose brings forward some roasted malt, chocolate, and a bit of earthy funk. Fits together pretty well. The taste doesn't fare as well, as the Brett and funk begin to take over a bit too much and have really dried things out. Feel is a bit too thin and dry after what the Brett has done. Not bad and an interesting experience, though not something I'd clamor to have again.
