Crystal clear, light gold pour; decent carbonation; thick head, white and fluffy. Fine noble hop aroma; lightly grassy and floral; not much in the grain department. Quiet and mild cereal grain base offset with a modest hop bitterness; light cracker; clean. Light to medium mouthfeel; crisp.
This is a well-rounded, easy drinking lager. There is no ingredient listing, but I don't detect any corn or other adjuncts. A simple beer that gets the job done.
ABV: 5%; pouring temperature: 44 °F; canning info: 5/21/24
