A special beer produced with an increase in fermentation of must from Sangiovese, vinified in Rosé from the Fattoria di Magliano, which awards the beer with notes of fresh fruit, red berries, wild cherries and wild strawberries. A fine perlage with a soft mineral vein, thanks to the Maremma grapes, with a marked dryness mitigated by the perfumes of the violet. A hybrid beer, elegant and thirst quenching. Like a good bubbly rosé, it is an excellent aperitif. Combines excellently with crustaceans and mollusks, crudité of tuna and salmon, first course seafood dishes and bluefish.

The name: Our new Italian grape ale could not have been named in any other way: Limes, like the first IGA born in the Brùton house, with a pink hue that the presence of the Sangiovese enhances.
