Too hoppy for what I expect from a summer ale. Mileage will vary but not sessionable for me.

On tap.
A : slight haze, honey colored body. 70% transparency. Lace is hilly and sticks to the side of the glass. Nice ring stays with the beer in a foamy circle.
S : Brewers yeast, orange slice, bready aromas. Some crust, but light and toasted.
T : some polite and mild hop hits first with some yeast and bread crust, finally ending with fresh baked bread. There's also a lingering hop note leaving behind a sharpness that keeps a signature on your tongue.
M : light bodied, easy drinking, heavily carbonated, mildly creamy.
O : this is a nice start to my night. Good, calm, porch beer that seems true to its name.

This is a simple ale....pours golden clear with little head and no lace. The scent has slight bread with a citrus hint. The taste is very similar to the scent. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with subtle carbonation. Overall its drinkable and somewhat refreshing.

Easy Livin' pours a copper color with a small lacing head. There is a slightly hoppy aroma, with with more earthy flavors. The taste is very earthy, good crisp malt notes, and mellow and subtle hop flavors. Good flavors, and very easy to drink. Overall, its a very good session pale ale, nice mellow flavors that are enjoyable and its very easy to drink.

Poured from a 12oz. can into a Crow Peak glass.
Pours a hazy, even cloudy gold with a ligh head that quickly fades to a little foam around the edge and on top. There are lingering bubbles and some thin lacing on the glass.
The aroma is biscuit with some pine and a hint of onion.
The taste: more bitter than expected and it's a piney/spicy hop bitterness. There is a sweet backbone here but mostly it's the hops up front with a lasting bitter bite on the tongue. it's piney and resinous, with perhaps a hint of pepper and onion.
Mouthfeel is just about right for a pale ale, medium with a bit of carbonation and a hint of stickiness.
Overall, a very good beer and a bit different take on the APA Most I've tasted seem to go with the citrus-forward hops. This takes a different road and it's a pleasant difference. Well done.
