On tap at Prescott Brewing. Served in a tulip
A - Brassy golden color with 2 fingers of bright white head that sinks pretty quick, almost vanishing.
S - Big fruity aroma, tart strawberries, apples, musty spices, coriander, pepper
T - Follows the nose with fruity esters. Still tart but different fruit, grapes, pears, apples, hints of white pepper, coriander, spicy hops from middle to end but without the bitterness. Sweet tangy malts underneath. Finishes sweet and wet
M - Low stingy carbonation, thin and wet body
This was ok. Fruit forward and lacking the body and dryness I typically look for in a Saison.
