490ml can poured into a pint glass.
Translucent pale gold yellow color with lots of fizzy carbonation pushing upwards, it tops with a finger of frothy white head that stands with average retention before sinking to some bubble sheet atop and leaving limited amount of lacing.
Mild aroma of grain, bread, grass, and very faint fruit syrup, hard to say it is orange.
The taste is fairly to very sweet with a touch of orange syrup or some artificial orange that is reinforced by grain, bread and wet grass. Hop bitterness is muted.
Light body with not that smooth mouthfeel and actively crisp carbonation, it is refreshing with a semi-dry finish.
Nothing exciting here but at least it is good to see macro brand trying something new.

Straw golden with no carbonation and 4 fingers of yellowish head.
Smells of malts, hay, and a hint of fruitiness. No oranges really, mostly malt.
Malt, orange, orange oil, a light sweetness, and hints of fresh hay.
Medium light body, moderate to low carbonation.
Got at 7-11 tonight in Chiang Mai, where I am drinking it. Glad Cheers finally came out with something new after a year lapse from their rice berry brew coming out. Songkhran quite likely. Pretty good, and I will likely try it again. April 20, 2017.
