Sampled at the brewpub, it comes out a cloudy cola brown under a one finger beige head that settles slow as molasses, leaving some nice lace. The nose is caramel and mild. The mouth is quite prickly and slightly sticky. A nice roasted grain flavor blends with sweet caramel at the opening, followed by a smooth spicey hop kick. More dry than bitter, the aftertaste lasts and lasts, inviting another sip. Very nice product, worth having more than one.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
