Poured a caramel amber clear color with two fingers of white head when I got it. Lots of bubbles. Good lacing on the sides. Good retention all the way down.
Smelled cloves, Belgian spices, Circus Peanuts and honey, among other notes.
Tasted similar to the nose with the Belgian spices domination. Almost pepper. Cloves, honey, lemon grass and Circus Peanuts candy.
Medium-to-light body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Smooth finish.
This was a very good Belgian beer and a great start to my ratings at Hollister.

Poured a lighter golden color with good carbonation and a nice white head. Nose is yeast all the way with some hops. Taste is sooo smooth with a big belgian yeast strain, hops and a nice malt. Very crisp, Easy to drink, soooo easy! Excellent brew. These guys keep getting better!
