Poured a golden honey amber color with 1-2 fingers of khaki-white head. Plenty of layered lacing along the sides. Good retention all the way down.

Smelled lots of floral hops initially. Also citrus hops, spicy hops, orange and grapefruit. Pretty potent flavors overall.

Tasted not quite as good as the smell. Got spicy hops up front, followed by floral hops, orange rind and orange. Maybe pepper for the spicy hops?

Light body. Oily-to-creamy texture. Average carbonation. Bitter finish.

I enjoyed this beer until the taste, then it kind of went downhill. A bit disappointing.

On tap at the 2013 Firestone Walker Invitational held at the Paso Robles Event Center in Paso Robles, CA.

Pours a clear orange with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, and onion and garlic hop aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus and herbal flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with some solid aromas and flavors.

On tap at the brewery. Just went on Monday (Labor Day). Similar to Beer with hops - Nelson, but created a new batch and renamved.

A: Pours a clear golden with a one-finger white head which fades to the rim leaving linked rings and bubbles.

N: Amazing dripping juicy floral and citrus grapefruit/orange/tangerine and white grape skins. Just amazing and perfect to me. The single hop varietal Nelson Sauvign just shines here like a perfumed elixer.

T: Dreamy cloud-like clean hop singularity. Citrus and herbal notes.

M: Light body and medium carbonation. Slightly bitter finish.

O: Great aroma. Easy drinking. Super offering.
