Poured from a bottle into a wine glass
Appearance- it is very effervescent but the head doesn't linger a dark yellow color but its sparkling.
Smell- sulfery cardboard and a hint of orange sherbet. the sherbert grows a bit stronger as it sits ..
Taste- okay so if i wanted to get "whitegirl wasted" in the caymans I would pick this guy. Contrary to its smell it is not sickeningly sweet. Its as if you ordered a Caybrew after peeling an orange. The orange is subtle the rest if just light crisp lager. Maybe even a slightly more understated hop character than the other caybrews.
Mouthfeel- crisp and dry, no alcohol presence cleans up nice. no lingering orange flavor.
overall- all of these cay brews serve a purpose. crisp and refreshing beachside drinking. this is no exception but for my money I will be drinking ironshore bock.
