Copenhagen 6/8 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Noisy-looking, Crazy Joker on the label. El Bufon, I presume.
Pours slightly unclear, pale yellow with a smag white head. Stable. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity and citric. Peach, ripe gooseberries. Hints of caramel. Lemon, Citrus. Lightly acidic.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, fizzy, prickly texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a medium strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a bit. Semi-dry finish.
Refreshing Hoppy Lager with a lot of smell and taste.

De Okasionalbeer. En copa Teku. Jugando a Hollow Knight. Sabor limpio y claro, con perfil citrico que recuerda a algunas ipas industriales pero mucho mejor ejecutado. Feel genial gracias a un amargor estupendamente ajustado. Supercrushable
