Copenhagen 11/1 2020. 33 cl bottle from Fish & Beer, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Drawing of a happy farmer with a red beret giving a giant quince a hug on the label.
Pours unclear, pale yellow with a very big, white head. Quite stable.settles as 2 cm thick, lumpy, uneven layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense, acerbic, sharp and sour. Citrus in abundance, lime, unripe gooseberries, light lactic sweetness. Floral.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, smooth and soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is a bit thin. Medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger, citric sourness. Aftertaste is sour-sweet with a little overweight to the sourness. Lingers for a bit. Dry vineous finish.
A bit to the sour side. Goes with the style. The quince gives it a bit of balance with a sweet, floral presence.

Dorada, con dos de espuma de buena retención. Cuerpo medio y carbonatación alta. Aroma afrutado y a cereales. En boca es dulce con finalmente ligeramente afrutado y seco.

Nicely crafted this saison shows a clear golden body with a nice fluffy head.
Nose upfront on the fruity brett,
The taste follows with some grain notes, a bit fruity but I couldn't tell this has quince in it.
The mouthfeel is smooth and dry.
Very nice stuff. They know how to use brett;

De Hopt. En copa Teku. Jugando a Adventure Pals. Buena saison, con bajo abv. Quizas algo mas seca de lo habitual en el estilo. La "quince" que lleva no parece aportarle nada significativo
