Copenhagen 16/8 2022. 44 cl can from Meny. Borups Allé, Frb. F. A guy and two ladies doing the Euro disco thing on the can.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - pale yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of buckwheat mingling with tart herbal and citric notes. Sweet malts, bread, straw, oranges and lemongrass.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
I am not sure I understand connection between Buckwheat and Eurodisco. But a tad too sweet for my tastebuds.
