Copenhagen 26/12 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A very relaxed Gentleman with a huge somber fiddling with a colorful guitar on the can.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a bit of citric notes. Sweet pale malts, bread and cardboard. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick. oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sweet and flat.
Sweetish Pale Lager with a light citric touch.
