On draft at the tasting room in Kihei. A stunning beer that has a great grassy grapefruit presence to it, from the hopping. It's tart with a big hop presence to it. In many ways, this reminds me a lot of a dry hopped Casey saison, which is one of the best things to happen in beer. Medium lighter bodied, good carbonation, mildly dry and grassy on the finish.
