Pours a cloudy pale gold with a slightly rocky white head.
Aroma is white bread, crackers, something fruity that leans in between banana and apples. Almost want to call it acetaldehyde, but I'm unsure.
Flavor is white bread, that same fruit juice note I got from the aroma. Lightly bitter with a slightly sweet finish.
Mouthfeel is mid bodied and a touch chewy. High carbonation. Super mild alcohol presence.
Overall, not unpleasant, but there are better lagers to spend the money on. Spelt seems to be a little bit of a gimmick to me.
