Smells faintly like fresh cooked rice
Light clear golden color
Taste lightly of sweet malts, clean, refreshing, easy drinking
Overall it is what it says it is. I think it compares well to Japanese Macrobrews ( brewed in Japan versions) so it is well made in duplicating the style. This beer would do well in a sushi bar where you want light flavors to not overwhelm the fresh seafood.

12oz can served in a plastic hotel cup. Canned on 1/14/2022.
Pours a mostly clear very pale yellow with a small head. Moderate active carbonation. Smell is grainy and a little grassy.
Taste is grainy, clean, hint of lemon, moderate honey sweetness, strong grassy bitter finish.
Mouthfeel is very dry and very light. Overall...not a "knock your socks off" beer, but well-made, tasty, and crushable.
