Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a very hazy medium caramel amber with a fine, two finger white head with great retention and thick lacing. Aroma of lightly caramel and pale malt, tropical fruit hops, pineapple, mango, dried light stone fruit and a hint of green onion. Flavor is mildly caramel malt, tropical and lightly piney hops, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, apricot and peach with a little green onion. Excellent moderately creamy mouth feel. A NE style IPA on steroids; very hazy and big fruit flavor in aroma and taste. Although not a fan of the NE style, this has plenty of flavor and a moderate IPA bitterness that was just enough to keep me interested. ABV dangerously well covered; I wouldn't have guessed this was over half its actually ABV. Wasn’t expecting a hazy, but happy with the results. Great tasting for the style.
