First brew I've yet to try from this brewery. Always came to try new craft, so consider me piqued.
L: Pours a milky yellow in color with zero clarity. The haze level has officially reached murk status, haze bros be salivating everywhere over this. A simple and straight-centered pour yielded a whopping nearly 3 fingers of a loosely packed off-white cap that retained rather nicely. As the beer is consumed, appealing amounts of soapy lacing cling to the edge of the glass. For an NEIPA and lacing wise, this beer is on-point.
S: First thing that I notice is the flaked oat presence. Thought it doesn't say that per say, I can just tell that oats were implemented in the brewing process. The beer is fruity, bready and cakey in aroma. Fruits detected are citrus, consisting of of orange and grapefruit primarily, with aromas of mango and pineapple.
T: Not that it is comparable for most, but this beer tastes like an offering from Brouwerij west in San Pedro, CA. Tons of flaked oat character on the flavor profile, adding a bready and sweet foundation in place of traditional malts. The fruit flavor compiled resembles orange, tangerine, mango, peach and apricot. The finish is sweet with a nice little bitter nip at the end; the finish is lingering citrus and stonefruit flavor with mild sappy pine presence.
F: Great feel. Soft, medium bodied and medium weight. Creamy. Damn near pillowy status. Carbonation is moderate to high, leaning more on the high side. If scaled back just a tad, it would probably be that silky and pillowy feel that I dream about.
O: This is a highly enjoyable offering. At 7.6 abv, the more power to it. I can't say much other than I am enjoying it, and very glad to have tried. Cheers!

Very cloudy gold with two fingers of bone color head. Rings of lace form as level drops.
Smell is dank green resins. Some floral fruits and bread crust malts.
Taste is dank green floral resinous tropical fruit with sweet malt support.
Mouthfeel is medium creamy and well carbonated. Finish is mildly dry and mostly balanced.
No date found but it was new at my beer store. Very pleasant beer.
Misspelled Fields, also abv is 7.6%.
