Look: Slightly opaque light orange and my fast pour brings on a billowing off-white head that recedes quickly, leaving little lacing
Aroma: Straw, crackers, cut grass, pilsner malt, a little honey, and lemongrass
Taste: Honey-kissed pilsner malt comes in first with a little lemony finish just as the grassy and straw notes enter into frame. Almost a sun-brewed herbal tea thing going on as well that I can’t quite put my finger on, but works. Clean, crisp finish with a light bite
Mouthfeel: Spritzy and light but plenty of body to keep from being watery. Clean throughout and a somewhat (medium) dry finish
Overall: This is a winner right here. A well-done Pilsner and a collab from a brewery I respect a lot (Fort George) as well as a newer one to me (Von Ebert) and that character I can’t pinpoint is tasty and sets this one apart for me. Good stuff and recommended to any pilsner enthusiast – especially tasty during these warmer months

Canned 6/5 and reviewed 7/11. Collaboration woth Von Ebert. Pours clear, clean. Light head, thinlacing. Very dry, definitely not in the German style. Quite hoppy. We're not too sure on this one. We like it, but the hop profile is a little on the heavy side. Unsure of how the "B Side" would be different.
