12oz can
Pours like 4 fingers of white head into my Pilsner glass. Body is pale yellow, crystal clear. Nucleation is absolutely out of control.
Nose is grassy, lemon, noble - bitterness seems elevated. Smells very nice.
Flavor is much more on the clean, lightly malty side, though not much of a foundation for the malt character. Some lemon, very faint grass/spice. Unoffensive, but somewhat underwhelming.
Carbonation is medium/high, I’m drinking this very fast because of the summer temperature. Light bodied. Bitterness is higher than one would think given the subdued hop flavor. Not sweet nor dry, well balanced. A solid mouthfeel.
Drinkability is very nice.
Appearance turned out very good. The head didn’t go anywhere and the lacing was pretty thick as well.
Overall a nice beer, but I would have liked the big nose to come through more on the flavor.

This does not taste like a German style Pilsner to me. It tastes unusually bitter and strong. Surprisingly so, considering it's a lower alcohol beer. Not the crisp finish I look for in Pilsner. I would not buy it again.

Pours a beautiful golden straw color with that haze you see in unfiltered beers and gorgeous lacing from the sudsy white head. Gorgeous pilsner. The nose has some grass, a nice lemon note, and doughy bread.
The grass is forward on the taste, with the lemon in tandem, but man is that bready flavor delicious - a little spicy, almost like a rye, but not quite that spicy. Still, this is extremely flavorful in the best possible way.
The mouthfeel is crisp, drawing you back to the glass for another sip. This is really well done, IMHO, and would always be in my beer fridge if I had regular access to it.

Pours a clear pale golden with exuberant foam in the Stella Artois glass. Mildly aromatic with straw and an herbal whiff. Some green tea in the flavor, otherwise, just beery in the nice way with a balance of hoppy bitterness and slight malt taste. Rather dry with the clean and crisp sensation dominating.
Overall, this is a highly quaffable lighter brew. As bitter as many other Pilsners, but plenty of hop aromatics. Mouthfeel is sudsy and luscious. From the 12 oz can purchased in the far Northwest. Dated 06/22/2021.

12oz can from Brewers Haven. Pale straw pour with a one finger frothy white head. Biscuity, malty aroma. Taste is bready malts, gentle sweet notes with an edgy bitterness. Seems a bit more bitter than other pils.

really a great pils, glad this has come to idaho, i think its another side of these guys that i have yet to see, so much hops, really cool dark beers, but now that they can do this too just pushes them into the next tier of quality and diversity for me, this is authentic, fresh, robust, and crushable, everything i want in the style and nothing i dont. the malt base is classically european to me, but slightly more complex, like a little pinch of this or that to differentiate it, nothing rich at all, its dry and earthy and crackery even, fresher than any import ever is. the hop profile is saaz driven, but like the grain profile goes beyond just pils, the hops go beyond just saaz, not sure what, but behind the grassy limey finish is a light lemon note, cut flowers, and a gentle herbal spiciness as well, dynamic but subtle in the right way, gone on the swallow. the yeast is right, i can taste it but its well behind the grain and hops, still there is balance and authenticity. the carbonation is fantastic, the body is light, and it just tastes great. a very solid pils overall and a great addition to their repertoire, stoked to have this as an option this summer!

12 oz. single can from Lifesource Natural Grocers in Salem OR.
$2
Pours a very slightly hazy, unfiltered indeed, golden body with a huge rocky/frothy off white head.
Aroma is actually a bit of a let down. it's more an all malt lager aroma then a pilsner But its not unpleasant.
Taste is more pilsner. Smooth grassy hop ..lemon and crackers..not too hoppy though.
Mouth feel is pretty much OK for what they wanted. Carbonation is fine.
I am not sure about this one.
I like it..but to me this is more a kellerbier then a pils.

Look: Slightly opaque bright yellow with a billowing white head that pillows up and slowly settles, leaving good lacing on the glass
Aroma: Floral hops, pilsner malt, cut grass, some honey, soda crackers, and light wafts of citrus
Taste: Flowers, a little citrusy note, and pilsner malt come on strong as waves of grassiness enter into the mix. Honey and crackers shine in the middle and it closes with a bouquet of flowers
Mouthfeel: Light but full, very clean and crisp throughout, medium-high carbonation, and mild dryness on the finish
Overall: This is tasty stuff. This one came at a perfect time as we just are in the middle of a mild heat wave here in the PNW and a Pilsner is just what the doctor ordered. Hits all the right notes for the German take on the style and feels fuller in both mouthfeel ad flavors slightly, which I feel is from the unfiltered nature. I dig it and recommended

Still a nice looking beer, just a hint of haze. Bready nose. Very nice taste. Well carbonated, longer finish and no flaws. No info on the can, but it has the taste of imported hops and malts. Great beer for a summer after noon.
