Hazy golden body, classic juicy hazy grapefruit and orange bite, light caramel, a bit of a medium herbal bitterness on the finish. Slight minerality is nice. Medium bodied, nice and relatively soft carbonation, very solid haze flavor.

Pours a golden, sunburst orange with a hazy transparency - not completely muddied like some NE IPAs. Head is a finger and a half of white foam. Aroma is orange, grapefruit, and mango with zesty, resiny hops behind. Hop burn is faint, but present despite the initial sweet start. Flavor profile is grapefruit, tangerine, orange, and zesty, resiny hops. Flavor profile is much more smooth than the nose, avoiding that hop burn at the end. Mouth feel is smooth and plush with a velvety texture. Medium-thick consistency. It drinks the way I'd think a peach skin would drink - fuzzy and plush. Overall, great and smooth flavor profile with a complimentary texture.

16oz can dated 5/28/21 poured into a Teku on 6/5/21.

Pours 1" of creamy white head. Murky, hazy orange color. A little lacing.

Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, grass, and a little black pepper spice.

Fruity hop flavors give way to grassy notes and some pepper. Slight bitterness in the finish.

Smooth mouthfeel with a little astringency. Light effervescence and medium body.

A delicious hazy IPA comparable to the 2020 3-Way. Tropical hop fruit-forward with smooth juiciness.

A pleasant brew, lots of floral hoppy notes. I get some heavy graham cracker malts mingling with the citrus and melon forward hops. Im getting some flashbacks to holiday fruitcake, I appreciate the lingering bitterness, this brew seems less sweet than the vortex. Worthy

Look: Hazy orange with a nice-looking head that builds and quickly recedes to a lid, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Cantaloupe melon, mango, ripe nectarine, sugar-coated strawberries, tangelos, Cannabis, blueberries, and some sweet bready malt
Taste: Mango, nectarine, and berries come on strong and quickly followed by mango and sweet malt notes. A nice bouquet of citrus fruits carries the middle – orange, tangerine, pomelo, and some lime – before closing with mango and nectarine
Mouthfeel: Full, a little chalky, medium-high carbonation, and mild astringency on the finish
Overall: I actually like this more than my first two cans and also more than I thought I would though it’s still not my cup of tea. Like most hazies for me, I love the nose and hop profile overall but this is still too palate-wrecking on the feel and astringent finish isn’t the old-school dryness I prefer. Better than last years’ by a mile though

Poured from a 16 ounce can into a tulip glass.

Look- Medium gold, sudsy white head, very hazy, average head retention and lacing.

Smell- Pineapple, mango, melon, clementine.

Taste- Pineapple, clementine, melon, very herbaceous finish.

Feel- Between thin and medium body, average carbonation, very astringent/herbaceous finish, low bitterness.

Overall- Great flavor, but the harsh astringent/herbaceous finish is a giant detractor.

Can from Westside Taphouse in West Salem OR.
$6
Pours a very hazy peach flesh coloured body with an extravagant thick, rocky and frothy off white head.
Fruity aroma but not over the top. Peach, red apple, pears..bit of papaya.
Taste balanced. Has a very jammy flavor going on. Some citrus hop bitterness.
Mouth feel is pretty good..at least the carbonation in cleansing to the palate.
A nice enough beer but not the best 3-Way by a long shot.

people freak out about this collaboration each year, and its cool that new breweries are brought in every time, its cool that beer in distribution still makes people excited, no lines or anything, no online resale, just good beer out there in the stores keeping people stoked. that said, this didnt blow me away, and while tasty, doesnt seem quite worthy of the hype this year, less interesting, maybe less refined, i dont know, but it didnt wow me the way i expected it to. the nose is sort of melted gummy snacks when all the fruit flavors fall into each other because the pack was in a hot car too long, peach and mango and orange notes all swirl in the nose, i get mosaic for sure, and i know the new nectaron is in here, i can appreciate its contribution as well, but beyond that i get some grassiness and green onion, light but slightly odd, and a bit more grain heft than it seems to need. the flavor is good but sort of samey to me, lots of hops, melon and pineapple, sativa and gin, dried mango and apricot, good, juicy, but not revolutionary. the body is really full here, starchy and thick to me, bigger than the flavors, and it drinks heavier than i want it to, like its overly hazy, to a point where it seems kind of unrefined, haze for the sake of haze has never appealed to me, and this is a little bit over that line for my preferences, even though the hop profile is tasty and all. some may love this, but i prefer previous editions of this acclaimed ipa series...

2021-vintage crowler poured into a pub nonic. Hazy bright gold with a a medium white head. Lots of grapefruit and tropical fruit; pineapple and pink grapefruit and some minor pine. More coconut and cedar emerge on the palate; dry finish but juicy and fluffy-bodied, medium mouthfeel overall with minimal bitterness. Juicy, tropical, and very enjoyable for me.

Murky amberish brew in the tall goblet. A surprise to see such a cloudy beer in this series. The initial sip shows some peach and melon. Tastes of tangerine until the grapefruit pith takes over. Extremely sharp and does unpleasant things in the back of the throat.

If it wasn't quite so acidic, this would be drinkable. After a few sips the harsh and soapy finish leaves me wanting to set this aside and find something else to drink. From the 16 oz can purchased at Haggen Market. Dated 06/03/2021 on the bottom so it's plenty fresh.
