Those flightless birds made a second trip down south for hops, and from here on out 3-Way IPA is fully dry-hopped with all New Zealand hops. Check the bottom of your can or look for the (NZ) on the keg collar.
Pour yourself a pint and you’re captivated by the vivid body on full display, an effervescent bright-orange capped with a white tufted head. Waves of kiwi berry and white grape lift your senses. On the beak, a feathery soft citrus zest blends with lush mango notes, pineapple, and just a tickle of grapefruit. And all the while, 3-Way IPA remains as graceful and balanced as a sage grouse in the desert shrub strumming on a headless guitar.

Poured from a 16 ounce can into a tulip glass.
Look- Pale gold, very hazy, small amount of visible particulate sediment, frothy white head, above average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Pine resin, grapefruit, peach, pineapple.
Taste- Pine resin, peach, grapefruit, pineapple, very herbaceous.
Full- Full body, average carbonation, soft, moderate bitterness, extremely astringent.
Overall- Too herbaceous and astringent for my palate.

Pours murky orange. A finger of bubbly froth, dissipates to sudsy lace in a drink or two. Smell is pineapple juice and bitter/dank/piney hops. Taste follows suit with bitterness up front and some dank hop accents following up. Very little sweetness of fruit flavor in the taste and I like it. Feel is thick, and velvety. Good beer.
