When you’re friends with a hop farm, they give you first dibs on their cool new stuff. Our BFFs at Crosby Hop Farm sent us the first cryo hop pellets ever to be produced from Nelson, Strata & Meridian. Cryo hops go through low-temp nitrogen baths and come out bursting with Lupulin flavors found deep inside the hop cone. We’re proud to debut FOCUS and these sweet new hop products at CBC in Minneapolis next week (May 2022).

Pours a golden color with a minimal head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is slightly sweet grapefruit & lemon with a hint of melon. Nice hop flavor without much bitterness. Finishes smooth and bright. Rated 9-29-2023

Thick, light textured, pure white head. Light golden straw look, with the slightest haze to it. Strong pine/herbal/grassy and grapefruit peel, holding up the rear of the aroma. Medium light body. Bright, grassy, herbal, slightly piney and a hint of grapefruit peel, makes up the taste. Moderate pine/grapefruit peel hop bite.

A light head and golden color open at first pour with a mild hop smell. Taste is of citra like citrus flavor with medium bite with a hazy flavor profile. Way less bite than most IPA's . A great every day beer with more flavor than most ambers . A clean finish with no lingering hop after taste . I bought at Roths west salem 4.8

Great clarity, light gold in in color, white head, airy but with decent retention.
Very vibrant nose, just very fresh smelling, very zesty, sweet fruity leaning pine aroma with some malt sweetness present as well.
The taste has a really nice malt presence, lends just enough sweetness to it; more modern fruit leaning flavors arrive here, just a generic fruitiness; it’s quickly cut off by a nice vibrant hoppy bite, rind like.
Bigger body ipa, especially for the abv, comes off a little heavy feeling; however; it finishes super bright and clean, great good clean bitter bite, prickly.
Really nice made beer.

Firsties! No date on can - unusual for Ft. George. Pour opens up an avalanche of hop aromas -- floral, some fruit and dank, root cellar, background. Thick head fades away, leaving a skim coat over a slightly hazy amber body. Long finish, touch of dryness, clean taste to the end. A good base malt remains, a plus in our book. Recommended and then some.
We like the can art, which does some printer's magic to make the hop figure float above the can.
