This attractive & electrifying Hazy IPA seasonal is now an all-the-time beer. And just like the seasonal runs, Magnetic Fields recipes will continue to evolve. A slight sweetness upfront with a balancing bitterness. Slightly dry finish with a full mouthfeel. Characterized by notes of peach, nectarine, and stone fruit with an opaque gold to orange color and bright white head.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a creamy medium head that turns to some lacing. Aroma is citrus, lemon & orange mainly. Taste is lemon, semi-sweet & creamy mouthfeel. Really good NEIPA. DOB 1-8-2026 (Field of Magnets) edition.

Very cloudy green yellow with decent head. Smell and flavor are most of pineapple, with some hope pine. Juice-like mouthfeel. Nice as a fun, fruity drink.

Pours with a big head and lots of lacing. Taste of apricot, daikon radish, bread sticks and cracker with a hint of sweetness. The beer would be considered light, friendly with a clean finish. The hops used are Azacca, Strata and Citra. A good beer that I would recommend.

Sllightly hazy light yellow brew with abundant foam in the pint nonic. Aroma is massive fruit, followed by an onslaught of more as you take a sip. Big orange, mango, and pineapple flavors with a pervasive sweetness. Onions, too. This is the modern fruit bomb but with less acidity than the dreaded New England version. Distinct bitter and astringent aftertaste with the somewhat icky candied fruit residue. I don't see why this wouldn't be better used to doctor up a very plain fizzy lager. I see the 2023 version which I have is the same as the 2022, so they seem to be sticking with a year-round recipe rather than changing. From the 12 oz can purchased at the local Co-op market.

Canned 3/29, which is unfortunate, I should have grabbed this one much earlier in the season. Wasn't horrible but definitely didn't taste fresh and uber-hoppy; notes of caramel and wheat and honey sweetness, mango, some underlying citrus and tropical fruit, pine and mild grassy bitterness. Just fine, but not as good as I know this one can be fresh.

Yellow to slightly bruised banana hazy body, sustaining white head with spotty lacing. Oat, citrus, and nectarine on the nose. Tangerine, pineapple core, and nectarines on taste, including the skins of the latter (which I feel is the oat flake combining with the hop fruit notes). A dry grass to lightly herbal bitterness joins the party by mid-taste. Medium feel with barely spritzy carbonation.

Poured from a 12 ounce can into an IPA glass.
Look- Medium gold, sudsy slightly off white head, moderately hazy, no visible particulate, above average head retention, average lacing.
Smell- Peach, pineapple, nectarine, apricot.
Taste- Pineapple, peach, nectarine, apricot, mild astringency.
Feel- Between medium and full body, creamy, soft, mild astringency, low bitterness, below average carbonation.
Overall- Nice flavor and aroma, but astringency detracts from experience.
