Very pale amber in color with a white head. Head faded to lacing aroung the glass. Nose is purely pine. Taste was slightly piney and backend was missing a lot of the bitterness I expected from a West Coast IPA. Still a good to above average beer!

Pours a slightly hazy, light to medium golden amber with a two finger white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of pale malt, dank and citrus hops, orange, lemon and catty dankness. Flavor is pale malt, dank, citrus and lightly piney hops, grapefruit, lemon, herbal dankness, light pine and grassiness. Starts fairly bitter, but a modest bitterness in the finihs. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess, nice mouth feel. The overall hop bill has a classic West Coast profle with citrus and pine dominating, but with some nice dankness too. The overall bitterness level was fine, but seemed to become muted in the aftertaste, similar to dry hopped IPAs; although it is well within my comfort level. Appealing hop bill and semi-dry malt base. This is another brewery that I never miss a chance for a new (non-hazy style) IPA.

Draft at CBB. Hazy golden pour with a dense, one finger creamy head. Subtle malty and hoppy aroma. Taste brings in some classic bitter hops, piney. Really full mouthfeel, creamy. A bit of sweetness. Classic IPA

Fantastic 16oz offering, freshly canned and purchased at the same store that collaborated with Ft George. Semi-cloudy golden pour with a white head; fresh and fairly pungent floral nose of weedy dankness and grapefruit pith, the palate has a good dose of pilsner malt as the backbone with a fairly bready quality to go along with a resiny bitterness and some assorted tropical and citrus fruit, berries and flowers...good stuff. Easy drinking WCIPA at sub-7%.

really cool new one here from these guys, done with idaho ingredients in collaboration with the boise coop, great idea, amazing beer, and sick we get it so fresh, canned just a few days i think when i had it for the first time, but i plan to drink on this one until its gone, they did a great job with it! clearish honey colored brew, a little maltier looking than anticipated but pretty to look at, frothy white head an inch high on top, nice retention, some lacing as i sip it down in the globe. it smells great too, actually the flavor is about the same as the nose, just faint green onion to the hop profile, sometimes i get that in idaho 7 which i assume is in here, but that really isnt too unpleasant with all the hop complexity, i also get big grapefruit, weed resin, and juniper notes, some sweeter floral aspects, canned pineapple suggesting mosaic, and a wet lumber woodiness that makes it pretty hearty, especially with the little bit of richer grain in here. as i let it sit a minute i get some grassiness and almost nobles spiciness, pine tree, and sweet ripe yellow peach, good bitterness through most of it but peaking late, and enough malt sweetness for this to be balanced nicely for the style. super tidy ferment, some oily hops lingering on the palate, stone fruit abounds later, medium body, great carbonation, a frothy mouthfeel to it and just off dry to close, delicious, repeatable, and as fresh as they come. not to be missed, definitely grab some of this up while its around, almost has a wet hop vibe to it, wonderfully delicious!
