Beta Hazy IPA 28s are ALSO test batches for the summer collaboration with Ravenna Brewing out of Seattle, WA and Alvarado Street Brewery from Monterey, CA. They took hand-selected lots of Strata hops and sent it to Oast House Oils in Colorado for hop oil extraction. They also used experimental hop HBC 586, designed to have fruit salad characteristics filled with tropical fruit, citrus, and berries.
For this batch of New England style IPA they used Juice Yeast.

One of the 2022 test batches for their three-way colab.
JUICY JUICY JUICY. Tastes like a summer day in a glass. Just the right amount of bitterness on the finish, with a sweet, sweet body.
