Light amber pour, good carbonation, thin but persistent head. Sniff of biscuits and yeast. First taste is dry, hoppy, light bitterness. Plenty of flavor from the malt, with a slight background of minerals on the finish. They have done a great job of getting the most from a modest 4.5% ABV ale.
