We overflowed the mash tun with roasted barley and chocolate malt to brew the Imperial Stouts that became Antediluvian. This abyssal liquid sat in oak barrels for over four years. The extended aging added complexity, with strong notes of dark cherry, vanilla pod, leather, and sherry wine.
