A collaboration with Von Ebert, so that sets the expectation high. A viscous pour of a medium amber body, light head which rapidly fades away. Low aroma, a bit of malt with a boozy background. Taste is thick, hoppy and medium dry. The finish is well done, good and clean, with some alcohol heat... 11% ABV, that's not surprising. Overall, the taste and quality overcome the stiff ABV, which is no mean accomplishment.
