Conditioned in Westward Cavatica Whiskey barrels for 24 months.
In 2019, we brewed a special batch of Cavatica Stout for Westward that they turned into a Cavatica Whiskey. When they were finished with the barrels, they sent them back to us and we filled them up with another high gravity version of Cavatica.
It’s our beloved, best-selling Cavatica Stout, lovingly aged in the most appropriate stout conditioned whiskey barrels.
