Poured at fridge temp. Pours a murky orange with an inch of white fluffy head. The nose is resin, slight funk, citrus peel, orange, and slight vanilla.
The taste is really nice. Sharp hop note - vibrant and bitter. Pine, resin, wheat, grass, marmalade, and a hint of apricot. This is a really great take on the West Coast style. Not too far off from Pliny.
Mouthfeel is light and dry. Super hoppy finish with a bitter aftertaste.
Jul 28, 2024The taste is really nice. Sharp hop note - vibrant and bitter. Pine, resin, wheat, grass, marmalade, and a hint of apricot. This is a really great take on the West Coast style. Not too far off from Pliny.
