We make Fields of Green when we feel like it and every batch is different.

CODENAME: AXEL is technically a sweet and gently Hazy IPA but we think if you closed your eyes, you could be tasting a homemade fruit tart made with the ripest, freshest tropical fruit, served with a side of the world’s finest life saver gummies. Slightly mineral with a complex floral zing to balance the sweetness.

Fields of Green is positively quaffable in any location. Just crack it open, close your eyes, and sink back into the soft, sun-warmed Fields of Green.

Hops: Citra, Hollingberry Idaho Gem, YQH 1320 Elani, Mosaic Cryo

Malts: Rahr Pilsner, Linc Stingray White Wheat, Naked Oat malt, Flaked White Wheat

Yeast: Juice

4 pack from Grocery Outlet. Hazy yellow pour, dissipating head. Fruity, citrus, zesty aroma. Taste doesn't deviate, citrus peel, fruity. Lingering zest.

My can shows a BOD of 05/02/2024
This beer pours a slightly hazy golden color with foamy white head, about 1 finger the stays for a while. Mouthfeel is creamy and mild. Aroma is tropical fruit with some sweetness. The taste is slightly sweet with tropical fruit, pineapple, mango and citrus, good malt body and a mild hoppy finish. Rated 8-12-2024

Can dated 2 May '24, hops are 'Axel'. On the pour, you get a light golden, hazy beer. Short head, fades away. Nose is a mix of floral, then citrus. Taste is tending towards a NEIPA, with juicy feel and dominating hop flavors, a bit of a muddle of tastes. Finish comes quickly, low staying power. ABV 7.6% is fairly well hidden.

All together, it's an "OK" beer, well behind most FG beers.

16 oz. can purchased from Westside Taphouse. In West Salem OR.
$7.00
dated 05/02/2024.
Pours a hazy yellow, with a nice thick pure white head. Tremendous lace.
Aroma, mangoes, bananas, strawberries. But very subdued. Maybe elegant is a better descriptor?
Taste is similar//elegant. Fruity but not overwhelming. Still the mango and banana.
Mouth feel is pretty full. But its nice and not sticky.
A nice beer but nothing more.
