Clear amber pour, a finger of head fades away rather quickly. Nose is piney, like a holiday tree. Taste is straight up WCIPA with plenty of hop flavor and a controlled bitterness that cleanly fades away. Good mouthfeel, plenty of carbonation.
Not the best WCIPA around but a solid drinker. A portion of the proceeds goes to the Oregon Brewers Guild in support of independent beer in Oregon.
A list of 24 brewers is on the can, indicating their participation in the project. Each brewer will produce their own version of the master recipe.
