Citra bonanza. One of the better showcases i’ve come across. Beautiful clear gold pour, modest but lasting bone white head, fine, streaming carbonation visible.
The pine, the sweet citrus fruits, and the herbaceous dankness needs to be experienced to understand. Incredible deep dive. Not overly bitter. Really really really nice. As good as ghost in the machine or possibly even pliny. Stupid good.

Great looking pour, crystal clear, a finger of head, lots of fine bubbles. Aroma is citrus fruit, expected give it's citra all the way. A whiff of dankness comes along. Taste is very much in the WCIPA style, with definite hop-forward hop taste, a bracing but not harsh bitterness, a malt base peeking through, and a clean finish.
A rock-solid WCIPA,
A collaboration with Moonraker Brewing of Auburn, CA.
