Poured one last night and it was a hazy golden color with a long-lasting creamy head that turned to lacing. The aroma is citrus and lemon with the taste being the same. Like most NEIPAs there is not much bitterness in the hop profile. It is quite similar to their other collabs. BOD 7-1-2024

Many thx to muchloveforhops3 for this can.

A - Opaque light medium yellow, tannish gold color with moderately dense creamy lacing.

S - Citrus, tropical fruit, and a slight amount of pithy juiciness.

T - Melon (which didn't come through so much on the nose), tropical fruit, citrus, and some citrus rind with a slight bit of residual peppery spice. Starts on the sweeter side and ends on the sweeter side.

M - Thick, chewy, and pillowy soft on the texture that's very dry on the finish while coating the walls of the mouth.

O - Solid.

Look: Pours an unsurprisingly bright and hazy medium yellow with a billowing white head that holds as a pillow and leaves awesome lacing clung to the glass

Aroma: I could smell it on the pour. Navel oranges, tangerines, pink and white grapefruit, Cara cara orange, strawberries, kumquats, ripe peach, thimbleberry, pomelo, and some bready malt. This smells like it’s going to be a straight up citrus bomb

Taste: Opens up with a rush of pomelo and tangerines that hit hard and are seemingly endless, followed by waves of juicy and pithy citrus fruit. Everything I got in the nose is present but more amplified and even the thimble and strawberry notes are stronger and more evident. Closes with yep, more citrus and a light bite. No alcohol is detectable here

Mouthfeel: Full, soft, slick, medium-high carbonation, and slick and soft on the finish with no hop burn or dryness

Overall: I’m digging this one. Leave it to these folks to make a hazy and a double IPA to boot that I’m into as I would’ve left this version out of my glass had fellow BA-ers not given it a good stamp of approval. I looked online and have never had a hazy make with strictly Citra but it shows and is really some tasty stuff. It doesn’t drink like a hazy or even a Double IPA to me either, but instead a Citra-heavy and dry-hopped to the gills IPA and for that, I’m a happy camper. Recommended

FORT GEORGE – 3 WAY HAZY DOUBLE IPA 8abv
This is the black can of 3-way. Wow what a big smooth flavor of fruit salad mix of pineapple, plumb, apricot, star fruit and kiwi. Very low acid and no sense that you are drinking a high abv brew. I highly recommend this beer which is made with two other breweries Brujos and Ghost Town. Hops used are Citra and Incognitao.
The first 3 way by this three some used Simcoe, Mosaic and Columbus Cryo hops.

Poured from a 16 ounce can dated 7-16-24 into a tulip glass at 48 degrees.

Look- Straw, very hazy, sudsy white head, above average head retention and lacing.

Smell- Tangerine, pith, melon, between medium and high strength of scent.

Taste- Tangerine, pith, orange honeydew, high strength of flavor.

Feel- Medium body, average carbonation, moderate bitterness, mild sweetness, mildly prickly, moderately creamy, mildly dry finish.

Overall- Straw and translucent with above average head retention and lacing. Bouquet was tangerine with some pith and orange honeydew. The flavor matched the nose, but was even more vivid. Medium body with a slightly dry finish that kept me wanting another sip and no astringency that is so often found in NEIPA’s. Overall this was a very orange forward beer that delivered an excellent drinking experience.

16oz can, glowing orange haze with a foamy white head. Very strong tropical fruit puree on the aromas, pineapple, mango, coconut, tangerine, peach...more zippy on the palate, lime added into some honeydew melon and that strong coconut, moderate present bitterness blends with fruit-juice sweetness. Snappy dryness on the finish, not overly-dry but it balances the sweetness nicely.

Canned 7/2/24. Pours a typical NEIPA, with a solidly hazy body, light head and sticky lacing. Initial aroma is pure fruit, a mix of mango, pineapple, with a hint of preach / apricot. Taste is clean, fairly dry with only a hint of sweetness. The hop flavors are dominated by the fruit tastes and are a bit muted at first but seem to gather and hold themselves together for the finish. The DIPA of 8% are well hidden. A good, not great NEIPA.
