Consider for a moment… the mango. The vibrant yellow color, the juiciness, the gentle tartness. And like any good fruit stand, this mango beer comes with a bit of chili pepper on top. Brewed with Berkeley Galactic yeast which adds a touch of sour to pair with the sweet mango puree and Guajillo, Arbol, and Pasilla peppers.

This beer pours a slightly cloudy golden color with an almost 2 finger head that dissipates quickly. The aroma is mango, yeast and light malt. The taste is mango and a sweet & sour mix with a little carbonation. Don't really taste any pepper spice. Very tasty sour beer, most sours I don't care for, but this one is good. It also had some mango sediment at the bottom of the can. BOD 5-13-2024 Rated 10-29-2024
