An IPA with every different type of Simcoe we could get our hands on.
Mat and Conrad make beer at Living Häus Beer Co. in Portland, Oregon. This spring they came out to brew a beer with us in Astoria. And we named the beer Dominik, after Michal’s dad who owned a flower shop called Krokus in Chicago.

Hops: Simcoe Whole Cone, Simcoe Cryo, Simcoe T90, Simcoe Dynaboost, Simcoe Abstrax Hop Oil
Malts: Rahr Premium Pils, Linc Buzz Pale, Weyermann Wheat Malt, Weyermann Acidulated

Canned Jan '25 - date is smeared, The pour is a pretty, clear, light amber. Head is rather thin. Nice hop nose is floral with some background citrus. Taste is right dab smack on top of the WCIPA - pleasant, definitive bitterness right on top followed with a floral and piney. All together with a nice long finish.
ABV is 7%
