Look: Pours a bright yellow with a quick forming head that settles to a lid and leaves great lacing behind
Aroma: Cold brewed coffee, freshly roasted coffee beans, citrus fruit, wafting joint, and bready malt
Taste: Opens up with a ton of coffee goodness with everything from fresh beans to freshly brewed coffee to light roast and these steal the opening act handily. Som dank and light citrus blend in seamlessly as everything continues developing and finally closes with cold brew and hops
Mouthfeel: Full but light, clean, medium-high carbonation, and smooth and clean on the finish
Overall: This is some tasty stuff. I remember back when I had never tried this and thought the combo of coffee and hops seemed odd but after taking the plunge, it is now one of my favorites. A delicious and well-made marriage of an IPA and coffee that really works well IMO and yet another sign of these folks brewing prowess. If you’ve never had it and are interested, get some and if you aren’t ignore your thoughts and get some anyways. Highly recommended
