Nose...like sniffing a bowl of melted Rocky Road ice cream. Deep brown colour with a thick head . Palate is full but not chewy, with lots of Tootsie Roll, marshmallow and brownie notes. This is decidedly frothy and has an ashen bite on the back palate .
